A3 LED Art Tracing and Copying Light Table
We recently spent time with the A3 LED Copying Table to see if this specialized drawing aid could actually help younger artists improve their line work. By testing its tracing capabilities across various paper thicknesses, we evaluated how the A3 LED Copying Table holds up to daily creative sessions.
Performance & Build Quality
The unit features a slim, lightweight design that is easy to move between a desk and a bedside table. While the plastic construction prioritizes weight over ruggedness, the surface is durable enough for standard art supplies and everyday creative play.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setup is straightforward, as the table connects via USB to a laptop, eliminating the need to hunt for batteries. Children will appreciate the adjustable brightness, which allows them to dim the light for a softer effect or brighten it for thicker paper tracing.
This is an excellent gift for budding artists ages 6-12 who are interested in learning how to trace designs or illustrate their own comics.
Final Thoughts
Overall, we found this to be a useful and reliable tool, earning it a solid 4.25 rating. Given the $42.90 price, it is a practical choice for parents wanting to support their child's artistic hobby with a professional-feeling accessory.
